An outstanding opportunity for a Consultant UX Writer to join our Global Automotive client!  You would be joining a small, collaborative team of designers and developers who work closely to manage multiple repositories of assets, guidelines, and training materials for various user groups. We're seeking a Senior UX Writer to elevate our client's design system by delivering clear, concise, accessible, and user-centered content that aligns with our brand and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with client objectives.
• Define architecture and navigation across channels and repositories.
• Create UX writing guidelines, including tone of voice and best practices.
• Establish consistent nomenclature for content across channels.
• Write effective microcopy for components to provide guidance, clarity, and user feedback.
• Ensure all content complies with WGAC and other accessibility standards.
• Conduct content testing and refine based on user feedback.
• Mentor and guide designers and developers.
• Collaborate with the core team to support shared deliverables and scrum ceremonies.

Prerequisites:

• Proven experience in UX writing/copy, ideally within large, complex organizations.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Experience working with design systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A team player with an open mindset and positive attitude.
