Senior Simulation & Analysis Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Durability/NVH Simulation Engineer with expertise in ANSA and MSC Nastran to join our team. In this role, you will lead complex simulations and analyses to ensure design targets are met, support continuous improvement of tools and methods, and act as a technical expert within your discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality simulation models, analyses, and results, providing recommendations based on findings.
  • Collaborate with project and design engineers to provide technical solutions across complex projects.
  • Lead method and tool development while driving innovation through collaboration with universities, external institutes, and internal teams.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers globally, contributing to the development of the team and driving knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Durability/NVH simulation, with proficiency in ANSA and MSC Nastran.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
  • Experience in leading simulation projects and method development.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with global teams and drive innovation.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for developing others.
